Training
All our staff have had prior experience in the travel industry as holiday reps, cabin crew managers or airport supervisors for major tour operators, dispatchers and are between them fluent in Greek, English, Dutch, German, Italian, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian.

Skilled members of staff and consultants hold in-house training sessions on a 6 monthly basis.

These sessions include some of the following:

• Health and Safety, (which also incorporates and is in line with the HSW act. of 1974 and airside procedures/safety as per CAP642 - CAP168).
• Weight and Balance.
• Flight planning and meteo.
• CFMU applications.
• Ticketing and Reservations.

 

We also hold training sessions in order to promote our clients' in-house products (i.e. class upgrades, leg room sales) and any other products we are requested to promote.
